I will finally leave a review now that I'm moving and won't have to compete with y'all for appointments.... Ashley is the best. She's thorough. She's fun have a conversation with. I'm been coming to her for almost a year and I'm sad to leave because she's just that good. What more could you want in a waxer?? (she gets 5 stars) Now, Hello Sugar customer service is obnoxious (the reason for the 4 stars). It's all via text and often automated. They'll text you from like 5 different numbers. It's a giant pain. Worth it for Ashley, but definitely needs revamping.

Brianne was AMAZING! So talkative during my Brazilian which we all know can be awkward.. she made me so comfortable and her attention to detail and care for me skin was 10/10!! I will continue to support this woman and her work! - Dani Dillon

Ashley did a great job of making me feel comfortable and at ease during my first waxing experience, I will definitely be coming back.I appreciated the texting system to confirm and remind me of my appointment and the details for accessing the suites.
