“I had the great opportunity to work with Jim and the team at Western Maintenance during the last year. I had a retail location that was in desperate need of new flooring. The building that we are in is very old and the structure of the floors were extremely difficult to deal with. Jim met with me onsite and worked with me to develop a plan to solidify the subfloor of the location and create a schedule of work that allowed us to minimize the loss of business.
