had a great experience from start to finish. The communication was very good, and the gentlemen were very professional that completed the service. I will definitely be using them again. This is in regards to an HVAC system cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning.
Used the service after my water heater died, my floor and crawlspace got really wet. Jim was so helpful to me from day one, he visited me later in the afternoon and was patient with me, went over the entire process and provided information on how these cases usually go. Answered all my questions and I was able to make a well informed decision. Thank you Jim, I am grateful to you and ServiceMaster. Highly recommended!
