What a fantastic guy! And what a memorable experience. Last Spring, my wife surprised me with a "Photo Safari" with Michael while our family visited Vail. Michael picked me up early in the morning from our rental house and we drove to Sylvan Lake for a sunrise photo tour. I'm a hobby landscape photographer, so I already have a basic working knowledge of my camera. But what Michael taught me that morning that meant the most was what to look for in a good landscape shot. He taught me to look beyond the sweeping vistas of the mountains. To capture other magazine-quality images in the early morning dew of Aspen leaves and fallen bird feathers. We had great conversations along the way about our photography experiences and our families. I would absolutely take a photo tour with Michael again if I have the chance!
