Richard is the best in Durango, hands down. I have tried the others, and there is no one who cares about their customers and the quiality of service like UltraSteam! They follow up, they give a warranty, they express that something may come back up in this area in a couple days, and if so they take care of it! Absoluteloy supirior price and service over the others here. I have used them for nearly 20 years now!
Great experience with everyone at Ultrasteam. Have been using them for years to clean my office carpets, and they are fast and efficient. The most recent time I had them come, an employee had spilled something on the carpet 2 weeks before. Ultrasteam did their normal cleaning of the entire office, and while the spot was better, it was still noticeable. I sent a picture to Richard, and he had his team immediately call the office to schedule someone to come out and redo that spot. That spot is now entirely gone! Great service, prompt replies! Highly recommend
I purchased a beautiful, older couch (circa 1960's) from an estate sale and decided to have it professionally cleaned. I researched several companies and decided to call UltraSteam after reading the reviews. They are located in Durango but service the greater 4 Corner area. Their certified cleaning specialist Dustin Theobold arrived promptly on the day and time as scheduled. He first inspected the couch thoroughly, and then gave us a detailed description of the cleaning process and treatment he would be using on the couch. And then he went to work!!
