This was my first time getting facial filler, and honestly, I was scared. I was worried about the pain, and even more worried I might end up looking “fake.” I was put at ease by Amy at the front desk, who was so sweet and reassuring. She applied numbing cream and had me relax in a lovely, calm waiting room that helped soothe my nerves.

When it was time for the procedure, I was lucky to be in the hands of Lorraine, RN :) She was amazing! Kind, skilled, and incredibly professional. The injections were far less painful than I expected, and the results? They exceeded my expectations. I’m thrilled to say I look at least 10 years younger, and best of all, it looks natural! “Deb, the owner of this salon, is all about customer service. Due to an injury to my hand I have been unable to wash my hair. I called Deb to see if she could fit me in for just a wash. This was my first time in her salon. She said she could fit me in that afternoon. I had no idea how popular her business was until I asked to make another appointment for a haircut. Turns out she is not taking any new customers but she was willing to put me on a waiting list. She did a great job washing my hair and used products that brought the shine back. Then she blew out my hair beautifully so I wasn't walking around with wet hair. I bought the products that made my hair feel so good. She didn't have to accommodate me but she did. I hope I get to be a regular customer of hers in the future. Great customer service is tricky to find these days and she has it in spades !“
