I had a leak under my sink and, because it was a Saturday, no one else was open. I had several calls and exchanged text messages with a young man named Austin to figure out how soon I needed someone to come out to look at my sink. Once I decided I needed someone to come out immediately, Austin was at my home and fixed the problem in a matter of about 2 hours. Although I had to pay an extra fee because it was a weekend, the cost of the repair was still very reasonable. I was grateful!
Roto-Rooter came on the promised date, installed a new tankless water heater in a professional manner, cleaned up after themselves and charged several hundred dollars less than their estimate. We are very pleased and will use them for future plumbing issues.
I was having trouble finding a plumber to help with a water softener installation. The last one I called said it would be at least a month before he could come out. When a neighbor recommended Roto Rooter my thought was, don't they just clear drains? Wrong! At least here in Durango.Turns out they have one journeyman plumber, three master plumbers and four drain techs on board along with an office manager/scheduler who promptly answered my call.
