After my water heater broke, I first called another plumbing company in town, only to have them try to take advantage of the situation with outrageous pricing. Frustrated and feeling stuck (and taking ice cold showers), I reached out to Paul and I’m so glad I did!

From the start, Paul was honest, straightforward, and incredibly knowledgeable. He installed a tankless propane water heater for me, which has been an absolute game-changer! He and Dylan showed up on time, worked efficiently, and their attention to detail was top-notch. Not only did they install the new system flawlessly, but they also made sure I understood how to use it properly.

“Our Triangle Tube hot water system is complicated! M&R plumber Canyon Salazar, called and came when promised and stayed with the project until it worked! He explained his thinking, called for tech support when necessary and worked within his original estimated cost. I couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend him! What a relief to find such a reliable service!!“

“Pros: Super friendly and prompt service! In Durango where a lot of companies can’t even answer the phone, this is huge.

Cons: just shy of 800 bucks for a garbage disposal replacement job which took them about a half hour. I realize plumbers are expensive, but dang. I also didn’t love their “good” “great” “best” or whatever options where they look at a bunch of other stuff (that I never asked about) and make recommendations. Just felt like being upsold. I never asked for anything but a garbage disposal and then they’re telling me my 5 year old water heater (which works great) needs to be replaced for a few thousand bucks. If my water heater was going out, I’d ask about it lol.“

I had several calls and exchanged text messages with a young man named Austin to figure out how soon I needed someone to come out to look at my sink. Once I decided I needed someone to come out immediately, Austin was at my home and fixed the problem in a matter of about 2 hours. Although I had to pay an extra fee because it was a weekend, the cost of the repair was still very reasonable. I was grateful!“

“Well I've tried to call several times, left phone messages, sent an email, but nobody answers the phone, answers messages, or responds to emails so I'm not impressed, guess I will have to look elsewhere which is a shame since they're listed address is just a few blocks away.

To his credit the owner did call Monday afternoon after I had written the review and said he had left for an early morning emergency call and had just gotten back to the office. He offered to come over right away but I had already made other arrangements.
My suggestion would be that his cell phone be his business phone number because potential customers assume that business phones will be answered and have no idea what the reason is for them not being answered.
I did call three times Monday and waited till about 1:30pm before I contacted another plumber.“
