In Durango where a lot of companies can’t even answer the phone, this is huge.<br><br>Cons: just shy of 800 bucks for a garbage disposal replacement job which took them about a half hour. I realize plumbers are expensive, but dang. I also didn’t love their “good” “great” “best” or whatever options where they look at a bunch of other stuff (that I never asked about) and make recommendations. Just felt like being upsold. I never asked for anything but a garbage disposal and then they’re telling me my 5 year old water heater (which works great) needs to be replaced for a few thousand bucks. If my water heater was going out, I’d ask about it lol.“

“Well I've tried to call several times, left phone messages, sent an email, but nobody answers the phone, answers messages, or responds to emails so I'm not impressed, guess I will have to look elsewhere which is a shame since they're listed address is just a few blocks away.<br><br>To his credit the owner did call Monday afternoon after I had written the review and said he had left for an early morning emergency call and had just gotten back to the office. He offered to come over right away but I had already made other arrangements.<br>My suggestion would be that his cell phone be his business phone number because potential customers assume that business phones will be answered and have no idea what the reason is for them not being answered.<br>I did call three times Monday and waited till about 1:30pm before I contacted another plumber.“

I had several calls and exchanged text messages with a young man named Austin to figure out how soon I needed someone to come out to look at my sink. Once I decided I needed someone to come out immediately, Austin was at my home and fixed the problem in a matter of about 2 hours. Although I had to pay an extra fee because it was a weekend, the cost of the repair was still very reasonable. I was grateful!“
