Michelle the Orkin technician was very thorough and showed my wife all the paces where mice were living and rodents were getting in the garage and house.
She plugged the problem places and pointed out repairs that needed to be made.
In short, MIchelle is amazing!

Michelle is very helpful. She is very efficient at finding places where mice could possibly get in. She also listens to what’s been going on since her last visit.She is a pleasant and friendly Orkin representative.

The previous facilities Maintenance manager where I am now didn't have them do what I was told now theu do. Now Orkin has a TON of wasps to take care of. I am hoping they do this hunt and check from now on. Then maybe I'll give you a 5 star rating. But you said you would take care of it. It is a lot. But please keep up the hunt for them. I appreciate the service. We cut off a building you were doing that was not our responsibility so hopefully it evens out.
