“I called Pamela Hatten’s office last Friday to make an appointment for Botox and Fillers but didn’t hear back during the day, until Deb, the office guru texted me at 8:30 that night that they had an opening on Wednesday 9/27 @ 2:00. I quickly responded to Deb who told me to come by to pick up some numbing cream so I went to the office on Tuesday to pick up the cream and today had an incredible time with both Deb and Pamela. Deb greeted me, had me fill out medical history, then introduced me to Pamela who is a Nurse and the best injector I have ever experienced. After looking at my face, asking about any concerns I had, Pamela gave me her suggestions and I agreed with her 100%. What I loved was Deb was in the room the whole time talking and giving the best bedside manner, while Pamela took her time to make sure I would love the results which I did.
