I can't even sing high enough praises about this company! I work in Durango but my home is in Bloomfield. I received a call in the afternoon that an under ground water line had broke because the ground was wet. I called and within minutes a man named Tyler called so nice super helpful said he would be over to look at it. My husband is in a wheelchair so he couldn't make it out to the spot so they kept in contact with me via text and phone . After assessment Tyler said the office could call and get me scheduled for maybe tomorrow or Monday depending on schedule. By 3pm Alec called asked if he could just fix it today which almost knocked me over because the City of Bloomfield is closed on Fridays so I was prepared to be without water for at least 3 days. Alec called at 3pm the problem was dug up fixed and water back on by 530pm. I arrived home at 6pm not even knowing there was an issue because they moved so fast and the customer service from everyone there was next level. Just next level. Thankful to Alec for the express in his step so that we didn't have to be without water for days , we have had a rough week and this was the last thing we needed so I thought....turns out it is exactly what we needed because of this positive experience it really changed my entire perspective. Highly recommend again and again and again 🩷
M&R has installed a tankless water heater, replaced two sewer mains, installed an updated breaker box, and replaced all the sewer lines under the house for me. They have taken excellent care of my home and ensured the repairs and installations they performed were correct and problem free. You definitely get your money's worth with M&R. In addition to their awesome service, they give back to the community and that is something we can all get behind!
M&R replaced my water and sewer lines. Professional , on time, great clean up , very thoughtful guys at my house. Yes I highly recommend them .
