I had been in pain for a couple of weeks and Googled Massage in Durango.I wasn't familiar with any but chose Inner Mountain.Haley knows her craft and has a remarkable sense of pressure points.The experience was awesome and it took away the pain.I'm grateful for her knowledge and attention.
I loved my first ever professional massage with Haley of Inner Mountain Bodywork and Massage. Not only is Haley's office warm, relaxing, and tranquil, but she has a very professional and calm manner in communicating and performing work on her clients. She specifically will ask how you're feeling and maybe what parts of the body should be massaged and worked on most. I've been having quite a bit of neck pain, and I left my first session feeling refreshed and pain-free, not to mention all those horrendous muscle knots from pent-up stress over the years, now gone! I would highly recommend Haley for any of your massage and bodywork needs.
I highly recommend Haley to work on your body. Her office is 100% relaxing and comfy. Whether you have pain and need it worked out, or you just want to feel good....she is the best. I have been several times now and every time it gets better! Oh....and when she massages your forearms....it is the best....EVER!
