Home Roots is a very professional organization and they did a fantastic job on the wood floors in my house. They were very helpful when I had questions. They arrived on time for both the job estimate and the actual work and then gave me clear instructions on how to take care of my wood floors in the future. Jesse and Hunter are the best - call them! Both are very responsive and professional. Jesse is a master craftsman - he's a perfectionist and doesn't cut any corners. He did truly artful work on framing out around the fireplace hearth and a floor hatch. The sanding was dustless and he was very considerate and cleaned up and organized every day before he left. Jesse taught me a lot about hardwoods, and he was great to collaborate with to make sure we got the best result - taking it all in stride when we decided to change one room from sanding to new hardwood and another room from screening/recoat to full sanding and restain, mid job. I am very pleased with the process and outcome of our flooring with Home Roots. The communication was great and both Jesse and Hunter. Jesse worked in our house while we were out of town. We bought an older home and had new wood laced in with some of the old along with refinishing. We also had 2 rooms with totally new wood added. We ran into several old house issues along the way and Jesse was able to handle all of those with ease. I would definitely use them again.
