We very much appreciate the excellent customer service experience we’ve received from Garrhs Heating & A/C. First, they always answer the phone and get back with you and if you leave a message they will call back, second, they listen, and third, they get you taken care of. In 2018 Garrhs installed a heating Furnace unit with adding additional vents during our remodel, and in 2022 installed A/C unit. 2023, a year after A/C install, their technician came out to make sure A/C system is working up to par. We had a problem with our furnace constantly running and it didn't sound right. They were out within two days, which I thought was great considering it wasn't an emergency. Justin arrived promptly and was able to make things right. You always have a concern using a new company that you might get "oversold" into something you don't need ... definitely not the case here. Justin did a cleaning, adjusted burner valves, and swapped out for a more appropriate filter. Much appreciated! We certainly will call them as AC season approaches!

My furnace stopped working and needless to say the house got instantly cold! I was at a loss on what to do where to go and so I did a google search for Furnace supply shops and found a place that had the part I needed in stock, a controller board but they only sold parts to licensed contractors! I felt defeated but by sheer luck I found Garrhs Inc and though they did not have to be a middle man for me, they completely obliged and placed the order for my part. I am so grateful and appreciative of such compassionate, professional service! Thank you Garrhs Inc, you are truly a life saver for my family!
