Unbelievably POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had a tech come out in December who determined our mini split compressor was bad. A new one was ordered from the manufacturer, who sent it to Cal Steel. When it arrived at Cal Steel, Ivy rejected the shipment because it had my name on it. One would think that an HVAC product arriving at a company that does HVAC might just be in the right place, and that maybe one should ask around about a potential customer with that name rather than just rejecting the shipment. Sent them drawings for a fairly small size job via email as requested, did not hear anything for 6 days. Called, sat on hold, then the gentleman who answered had not even looked at my drawings, finally found them in unanswered emails, complained about being too busy... no apology whatsoever. I stated if he was too busy I can find someone else to do the job. He arrogantly said, OK... and hung up on me. Wasted 6 days of my time, my clients time, when anyone could have called or emailed to say, sorry we cannot do it, or, we're too busy at the moment. Not how I would treat my customers... Very disrespectful.

So I called and ask them if they were hiring and the guy that answered the phone was so rude. When I asked if he was hiring. Then he hung up on me. I'm glad I found out how ignorant they are . I would never do business with u guys. I will let people know how u guys work and believe me I know a lot of people. Word of mouth travels faster then anything else
