Altitude Plumbing is the best! Our tank hot water heater was leaking and Colin came by to give an estimate. Since it was a power vented model it was going to be more expensive to replace than a standard tank. He suggested a tankless model which wasn’t that much higher so we went with it. We scheduled the installation and our water heater went out. When I called to see if they could come out sooner since we had no hot water, they were able to accommodate us. Total professionals all the way! Great customer service and they follow through on what they say. We had another company give us an estimate and it was double the price. I needed a water main shutoff valve installed in a convenient location to eliminate trips into the crawl space (no, make that a wiggle space). Dealing with Altitude was easy, upfront, and professional all the way from the first contact to the finished job! Colin kept in touch about arrival time and was prompt. Like a true pro, he assessed the situation, gave me a few options, thought about the best approach and then did a superb job!
