Scott and his team at Warner Concepts were truly amazing!!! I had a water pipe burst in my rental unit near DU over New Years and Scott and his team got in there SO quickly and did ALL THE REPAIRS (I'm talking dry wall, drying, flooring, painting, and more!). Scott is so kind and helpful! I live out of town, and Scott kept me up to date and walked me through every step of the process. His team had to work around my tenants and they did so with ease and extreme professionalism. I would recommend Scott and his team to anyone in the Denver area that needs repairs, big or small! I highly recommend Warner Concepts for their meticulous work, commitment to excellence, fantastic client service and fair transparent fees. I purchased my home in December 2014 and hired Warner Concepts to complete my reno in January 2015 based on their client service and pricing. Geoff and his crew are absolutely the most trustworthy and reliable contractors I have worked with.
