The most expensive yet slowest cleaners in town. They ship everything off...the alterations are incredibly slow. They say up to 2 weeks and they push that. I dropped off two pants w 2 easy pocket tears on Jan 2nd, 10am. It's Jan 16th, 11am, and the on-site worker and then person she gives me a number to call to find out where they are at? After two full weeks, and needing my clothes tomorrow morning for a big trip, nothing. So I'm going back to my old cleaners over on 1335 Sante Fe where the prices are fair and the service is friendly and quick, and they don't mistreat customers like Vienna does.

Terrible service. Never picks up their phone so I can ask about pick up times. I show up 3 minutes late to finally pick up my dry cleaning and the lady stares at me and refuses to let me in. After I'm finally able to pick up my shirts I will never come here again.
