Started working out and woke up with a wrecked neck and areas of my back. Then come to realize I have been living with these issues for quite sometime. We did X-rays and saw that my spine was slowly losing some of its flexibility and ability to support daily functions. After about 3 months I am standing taller, working out 4 times a week, and can go to bounce houses with my 6 year old. Don’t be fooled you must dedicate yourself or it’s not a life time fix. Expert chiropractic work! I came in with neck and lower back pain. I had trouble sitting for more then 15 minutes and acute pain while working. Since coming to Vida I've gotten back to my old life. Working and playing sports, relatively pain free. It's been a great experience and will continue my adjustments with Dr. Evans.
