UCHealth Outpatient Infusion Therapy - Cherry Creek

I want to shout out to the UC Health Audiology personnel as they are just dedicated and Stacy Kolb is just a true professional. Also, the front office desk has the best two that I've ever seen. Ashley Gomez and Jamie Green are just amazing at how they make each and every patient feel so welcome. I have been a patient with the audiology department since 1964 and I appreciate how the Cherry Creek office is a very dedicated one.

This place definitely gets a gold star for customer service!!! I was scheduled for what I thought was a bone density exam but the technician was walking me to the lab for bloodwork. I asked I thought this was a bone density exam. After back and forth about the appointment the technician looked up my order and sure enough I was booked in the wrong section. She then proceeded to tell me that they normally don't take walk ins but I can ask. So the technician walked me to the correct office and sure enough I received the same canned statement. They made my chemo experience as easy and comfortable as possible. The nurses are all amazing and so sweet. You get a private chemo room with a curtain, small couch, chair and tv, rather than being in a room with a bunch of other people. Strongly recommend going here for treatments.
