The receptionist was extraordinarily rude. I simply wanted to make sure I could be seen at 3:30 or before 4:00pm since I was told I wouldn’t be able to schedule a visit, like the website says. I asked a clarifying question to cover my bases, and her tone of voice reflected annoyance with me. Chill out lady.
Spoke with a lady named Jennifer and had horrible phone etiquette. She hung up on me 4 times asking me to hold because she had a patient infront of her. Was making rude comments and laughing at and refusing my request.
After sending my mother in law here for check up for TB, I kept calling for results and no one picks up. I’ve called several times in a day and all I get is automated messages and voicemail. It’s over a month now. If she has TB, she would’ve infected many ppl since we haven’t heard anything. If I could give a zero star review, I would give them that. Worse service ever!
