RUN. RUN the other way. Oh my, RUN. Our building was given a clean bill of health pre-disaster of a situation. Professionals have now come in to repair 6+ years of “up keep” aka “we will take your money, and put tape and sheet metal over the problem instead or fixing it and hope we don’t get caught”
If I could give this joke of a company a minus score I would. I have recently become president of an HOA. This company have taken $8000 a year for many years from us for regular preventative maintenance for our HVAC and heating. When I asked for records of maintenance these took weeks and multiple emails to receive and when received had absolutely no detail ‘PM incomplete’ was what was shown on many reports, no completed checklists at all. We have just had another contractor complete a full assessment of our heating prior to winter switch on and have had an opinion that two of our three boilers haven’t worked for years and have suffered from chronic lack of maintenance...read full review
Had the unfortunate pleasure of entering this place, it stinks like perfume. Very unprofessional. Someone needs a class on proper amount to apply because soaking in it like that is trashy. Pretty sure one was white diamonds. Why hasn't HR addressed this issue, seems like a failure on their part. Took business to Colorado mechanical systems.
