The case of the missing pants. Well, we tried out a new service and our order came back minus a pair of very nice pants. As someone who doesn't spend much on clothes, a favorite pair of pants means a great deal in the world of pants. I'm in touch with corporate and have been pleased with response so far---will update once their is an outcome!

I’ve given it a few tries since it transitioned over to Tide and so far everything has been well done. My dry cleaning has always been on time and the staff has been nice!*Updated 10/7/23: Just wanted to add that today I watched a staff member walk out after me and give her lunch to a woman on the street. She was working around noon today. It was an incredible act of kindness.
