Bob Davis and his team at Think Home Loans are absolutely the best at securing you a great mortgage rate and at a very low cost. The whole loan submission to closing process took less than two weeks. Unbelievable! I do not believe you can find a better mortgage broker in the business.
Doug Emerson has always been our go to for anything related to financing for our home. Doug Emerson has brokered two mortgages for me. The first in 2015 lowering my rate from 4.75% to 3.75% and the second in December of 2021 reducing my rate to 2.75% (with a cash-out)!
