One of the best hair appointments I’ve ever experienced! I booked an appointment day-of and was taken care of by Nikki the owner. She is knowledgeable and talented and obviously knows what she’s doing, especially understanding the texture of curly hair. She also gave me the most hypnotic head massage during the shampoo! I nearly fell asleep. And whatever she put in my hair smells so good my boyfriend asked what it was and where to get more of it 😆
The Factory girls are all so kind, welcoming and talented! I've been coming to Kaye, the balayage queen, for over 5 years , she is a true artist at what she does. I drive an hour just to come to the Factory because nobody does it better!
