I understand now why they are so well reviewed. I made my first visit to them because they were the closest option for me and had good reviews.
My expectations were exceeded. Easy check-in, simple paperwork, and the top-notch experience.
Every step of the way he explained What he was doing and what he was looking for.
He let me know all of my options during the exam.
At the end of the exam he let me know his thoughts, explained to me my insurance benefits, and gave me no pressure to make a decision.
I can't recommend them enough. Small town vibes with big city service.
I am not a regular patient as I live out of state, but I was visiting Denver and forgot contact lenses (I use dailies), and they were able to help me and get me new lenses same day. They were SO nice and helpful. I appreciated it so much as it was very stressful!
Everyone was very nice, helpful, and professional. Dr. Torrey did an excellent job of explaining the tests performed, product options, and options available with my insurance plan. Would highly recommend this practice!
