I love this massage studio - the prices are appropriate, atmosphere is lovely, front of office staff are kind, welcoming, and helpful.
I got a myofacial release massage with Ryan and I cannot sing his praises enough. I had a horrible knot in my back that was causing headaches and poor sleep for months and he got it out in one session! I also really appreciate that he talks with you before starting the massage about any places you may not want him to touch. He makes an incredibly safe environment and then works his magic - so much so that I now go see him every month! Highly recommend and have sent friends to him already!

I have tried out many massage studios around Denver, but Symmetry has been by far the best massage in Denver I’ve experienced.
The location is ideal in the highlands (get there a bit early to ensure you can find parking) and the front desk staff has been nothing but pleasant and helpful each visit so far. Not to mention the interior is adorable, welcoming and a clear safe space.
I have seen Randi the last 2 massages, and she is so very wonderful. Randi has been able to help address some irritating neck and back pain I have been experiencing for some time now. Leaving me feeling major relief from my discomfort and comfort knowing... read full review

Had a massage with Eryc today and it was amazing! I felt very comfortable and supported, and his knowledge of body mechanics was evident in the massage. Lauren the receptionist was also incredibly helpful and sweet. Thank you! ??
