September 2024: Home plumbing inspection - Spencer and Nathan were great to work with throughout the inspection - explaining everything and answering our questions and addressing any concerns.
August 2024: A/C maintenance and check up. Excellent and thorough work.
This was my first time calling Swan for a plumbing issue we were having. And I am pleased to be writing this positive review. I had an excellent experience with Gabe. He was thorough, patient, professional, knowledgeable and not to mention extremely respectful of our home. He gave me a full review of our situation and left me with no questions. With no doubt Swan will continue being my go to.
Jeremi was wonderful. He was professional, knowledgeable and honest. He explained how everything works and what the issue was. He was patient with all of my questions. He checked the function of the AC thoroughly and was bright and friendly despite the warm temps!! He came out on a Saturday and arrived within the pre-scheduled window. This was my first experience with Swan and it was great.
Update on 9/9/24: had Marcus and Nathan come for a water heater issue. They discovered the problem (power issue) and fixed it with no cost to me (since it was a kale fix and I am a member). The people who work for Swan are always so friendly and easy to work with.... read full review
