I had tried to refinance my house through Rocket Mortgage and that one that Peyton Manning always advertises. Anyway, neither came through for me, they basically blew me off and never gave my any type of reason why. I was totally floored considering I have excellent credit and had money in the bank, it didn't make sense. Finally a friend recommended Seth. Seth explained to me why the other companies couldn't help me (which was a simple reason) and he ended up refinancing my place and saved me a lot of money. Seth Taylor is great! As first time home buyers we had little knowledge of securing a mortgage. Seth at Stone Creek not only made the process easy and understandable but found us a great rate with favorable closing terms. We shopped around, but Stone Creek proved best. In addition Seth was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the closing process, even as we had some hiccups with our appraisal. You can't go wrong with Seth Taylor at Stone Creek!

My wife and I recently closed on a house in Parker with a mortgage from Stone Creek, and overall had a great experience. Seth was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating all aspects of the process to us. He was straightforward and professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied (quick to return calls on nights and weekends).
