I can't say enough good things about Nate and the team at Somatic Synergies. He's a magician. Whenever I walk out after my massage, I can tell he's worked thru whatever muscle tensions I had, along with moving out any other lingering energy or things that were stuck that had to get cleared. Nate's the best!
Nate is absolutely awesome....he's incredibly skilled at body work, but more importantly integrates it with breathe work that fosters healing. Nate is one of the best listeners I've ever met. He blows my mind with the things he remembers and it all helps with the healing process. I'm so glad I found him and would recommend him to anyone that wants to heal and potentially expand their consciousness. A ++
Absolutely life changing in the very best ways possible. I found Nate after my fathers passing & he guided me through a magical individual breathwork experience. It was everything I needed & so much more than I could ever have imagined. He was so calming & supportive throughout my journey. I feel extremely safe & comfortable in his presence. I experienced one of his annual breath work shops as well & really enjoyed the group aspect as well. Be it on an individual visit or in one of his group sessions, I cannot recommend Nate highly enough.
