The was a leak in the HVAC system and the ceiling collapsed, damaging the walls and the carpet. Justin and Michele were great and very thorough. Everything was fantastic and we would definitely use them again. Thank you!Services: Flood cleanup
We recently discovered water seeping into our basement as a result of faulty installation and lack of drainage on an egress window, and we reached out to ServPro to assess the damage and help with the water mitigation.They responded the same day, and were at our house within an hour, not just assessing the damage but ready to start the work on mitigation. Within HOURS they had removed all the affected carpet and floor boards, installed fans and dehumidifiers, and scheduled asbestos testing and environmental followup that was completed later that day. We recently had a fire in our building and the sprinklers flooded the first floor. When we called, we were answered quickly. Immediately after, they sent a crew out and they removed the water and dried out everything that got wet. They also fixed all the fire damage along the walls and in the ceiling. Overall a fantastic experience in a stressful time in our building.Services: Flood cleanup
