Richard made numerous mistakes that required me to go back and check all of his work multiple times. I spent so much time reviewing that I could have done it all myself in the time I spent reviewing his errors. Errors aside, I am most disappointed in the inability to provide guidance or any strategy for maximizing deductions and organizing my business structure. we now owe back taxes since this amateur didn't know about local tax laws!

If you want procedural and rigid tax support then Schwartz Accounting & Tax Services works. However, if like me, you desire proactive, professional tax advisory service that will help solve problems and optimize tax efficiency then steer clear. Any problem outside of run-of-the -mill issues, he will bog down and hide. A very transactional service with low quality customer service.

I have been using Richard since 2012. He is efficient, smart and has done a great job for me. I HATE taxes and I mean HATE might not be as strong enough word, so I procrastinate and draw things out. I had issues in the past of the company I worked for not taking enough out so it was sort of a nightmare sorting it out. He offers easy uploading of all your documents which makes life so much easier, I highly recommend him.
