This is the best yoga studio in town. The gentle flow class with Autumn on Wednesday mornings is particularly wonderful! She is an incredible instructor, knows everyone's names, switches it up every week, and gives positive feedback along the way. I have attended other classes as well, all of them enriching and spiritually uplifting. Chris at the front desk is also a terrific human being, consistently welcoming and engaging. I feel lucky to be a part of the Samadhi community!

The Gentle class with Amanda is always wonderful! She is an exemplary instructor who delights in the details. Her precise instructions enhance the practice and her delightful manner invites the student to go deeper.
