Yesterday, Ross, Josh H., and Abdul Jimenez visited our house to deal with several plumbing issues. All three plumbers did a great job! They treated us respectfully, quickly got to the root of the problems, and fixed everything with competence and kindness. They explained exactly what they were doing along the way. I placed my first call at 3:46 pm, and by 7:45 pm my problem was completely solved (despite it being a bigger problem than we initially anticipated)! My technician was Cody, and he was great— super professional, on time, and he explained everything very well. I’m a solo female homeowner, and have had such a wide range of experiences with home maintenance/repair personnel. Cody was never condescending or inappropriate, and I cannot emphasize enough how much that was valued.
