Jerry at Rose lady walked me through from start to finish and thoroughly explained how to handle my sister's remains. Just like anybody else I didn't know what to expect when I walked in but the minute I talked to Jerry it was like talking to an old friend. I would definitely recommend their services to anybody. 10 out of 10.
