I truly enjoy working with this company. When it comes to plumbing, I fear it all but Rooter Town/Mr. Rooter has made it so much easier. Their technicians are amazing and they have ALWAYS been on time or earlier before the window provided and provide the best service once on site. From the start at making the appointment to them leaving your house giving your pets all the snuggles, this is the only company I recommended. Jace has been out twice to my property now and each time I’m just in amazement with his and the company service.

Not sure the kind of work they actually do, but the guy that came for our appointment just knocked on the door and said “hey.” No name introduction , no mention of being from Rooter Town. Just not very professional. They ended up telling me that the work we thought we needed wasn’t necessary, so maybe they’re actually honest. Just need to train employees about how they represent their company.

Jordan at Rooter Town is amazing. He is kind, very customer oriented and knows how to work with insurance, especially insurance companies that try to avoid helping their customers recover from water damage loss. Thank you Jordan you make your company shine.
