I purchased my current carpet from Ron Schrantz March 2011. It's still holding up great. I was going through some old paperwork and found all of my receipts. I'm glad to see they are still open for business and would highly recommend them for your carpet needs. They were professional and you can't beat the quality and prices. No need to go to a big box store. I had to laugh at Tyra's 1 star rating just because they didn't fall for the whole mask thing back in 2020. Just because of this I'd go back.

I wish I could leave more than five stars. We had a tricky situation selling my mom’s home recently and Ron was recommended by our realtor. I can’t say how happy we were to find him! He made our situation completely stress free and easy but more importantly, he was incredibly kind and thoughtful during the process. Ron is a rare gem these days in the business world and you’d be lucky to work with him. He cares about his customers and it shows. I’m not one to write reviews but felt compelled to spread the word about what a wonderful small family owned business this is. We had to replace some padding after some flooding in our basement and Jason got us set-up with replacement padding very quickly. Unfortunately the installer they recommended, Hector, was very rude to us and walked off the job. But once we explained the problem to Jason he apologized and made things right. I am not sure why they don't hire their own installers instead of recommending independent installers, but I'm sure there is a reason for it. Does create more risk for their reputation though. Most of the bad reviews on here are because of the installers. Anyways, great family owned business, you just might want to find your own installer. And be aware carpet... read full review
