All of the staff from the front desk to the nurses and the doctors, go above and beyond to ease navigating your way to care for your child. They take their time to explain and provide additional information that includes your child being involved and having an appropriate understanding of their health.

We have been seeing Dr. Melissa for 8 years and have followed her from Children’s to Rocky Mountain. She is by far one of the best doctors we’ve ever encountered and trust and respect her care and guidance with our son. The nurses/assistants/front office staff are well trained, respectful and on top of things. They are patient centered and focused and take time to see how everyone is doing. The time is taken to make sure you are seen as a person and not a chart. The level of expertise, knowledge, compassion, and genuine care is unmatched.

We always have a good experience when going to see Dr. Banks. She is on time and her staff is always welcoming. Dr. Banks is very thorough in the assessment of our son and goes into detail on each part of the lab and bloodwork that she is using to assess our son's needs.
