The restorative class Sunday morning was a perfect reintroduction to yoga after not being in practice for too long. Beautiful room, music, instructor very good with readjustments. I’ll be back with a smile.

What a hidden little gem. It definitely feels like home. I've taken a class from Jaimie(sp) and a few from Ms Anne. Anne's class has been so restorative and just the way I like to start my Tuesdays. I always learn something new to add to my home practice. All of the woman have been so kind and inviting. Definitely not intimidating and just what I was looking for. Thank you Rishis!

I had gotten away from yoga because I was tired of huge classes at clubs and gyms, noise at rec centers, pricey drop-in costs, etc. THIS IS PERFECT! To make sure their community matched my needs - they offer a $30 unlimited class pass for the first month allowing me to try all of the classes, times and teachers. Classes are small. The studio is clean, roomy and quiet. And, they offer all types of yoga for all levels of practice. I haven't met a teacher I didn't adore nor a class I didn't enjoy.
