We unfortunately had really bad water damage due to pipe bursts during the freezing temperatures back in winter. We called this company, Nick was our first point of contact getting the team in. He himself is a very professional, polite, just a good person to work with. In addition to him, his team are the best.
Jared was our project manager. We really lucked out with this company! A surprise flood in our carpeted basement, and I just landed on this company. And am I glad! Fast response, 100% professional, and clear communication. Highly recommend Dan and his team.
I called in an emergency and spoke with Nick, he made the process start to finish incredibly easy considering the issues and time frame we were dealing with. His communication was great as well. And, not only did they do a beautiful job on the Restoration of my floors and ceiling that were damaged, they must’ve mopped themselves out because my home was spotless! Their flooring contractors are probably the best I’ve worked with and I cannot say enough nice things about how happy I am with the job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
