They immediately responded and worked with us to get a quick estimate. The project manager was Ed Duffy--who walked us through the whole process and stayed on it to the end. My wife and I are very busy and Ed worked with us to make sure and minimize any inconvenience during the course of the project. Working with Red Diamond and our project Manager Mathew was an amazingly uncomplicated process. They did all the work for us, including helping us mitigate with the insurance company to get everything taken care of.
Mathew was in constant communication, even despite the delays in materials due to the overwhelming needs that the hail storm caused the region. We were able to reach Mathew with ease and he kept us updated all the way through to the end of the project.
We were super grateful to have worked with Red Diamond and would do so again should the need ever arise.

Red Diamond Roofing did an excellent job on everything that they promised to do. The price was right, they were on time with a fast installation and did a very good job on the cleanup. Alan was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond my high expectations. This company has very high standards. I highly recommend them.
