Elizabeth was extremely responsive and helpful with an issue I had regarding my property. I called her and explained the situation. She made sure I felt heard on the call and followed up with me in a timely manner letting me know she was able to solve the problem. I really appreciate the level of support and consideration Elizabeth provided me.
Pablo did my quarterly inspection and made it very fast and easy also made sure any concerns or issues with my rental were being documented. He is VERY friendly and very professional!!
I want to give it 5 stars for the quick attention that the people who rent their properties have. The heater was not working, we reported it in the morning and in the afternoon a person came to fix it and left our house until he left it working, thank you very much.
