Part of my house was suddenly low-power, which really threw me off because I have some familiarity with NO power issues but not 'low' power. I called Xcel, and they were incredibly unhelpful in letting me know when a technician could come out. Just to be safe, I called Positive Energy and talked to Christian, who was able to review my situation over the phone and troubleshoot. I was scheduled to have Positive Energy come by the next day, but the Xcel technician showed up early, and what do you know? It was their faulty exterior wiring (ha!). Great communication! Christian not only worked patiently to accommodate my complicated schedule, but he is clearly very knowledgeable and was one of the most efficient electricians I have ever hired. He immediately solved any problems that arose and finished both jobs quickly. I highly recommend him!!
