“I got a pair of second lobe piercings here about a week ago. Overall everything was very clean and both Nina and Matthew were very kind. The actual piercing was wonderful and I do love the jewelry I got, a pair of emerald studs. There were only two, really relatively small things. Firstly, the placement of the piercing from the front looks great, they are both even and about 6mm apart. However, on the underside the back comes out only 2ish mm away from my other piercing, which means the needle didn't go straight through and is very diagonal, or both sets of piercings are a little diagonal. Secondly, the pricing. I knew I was getting real gold and gems and paying for a good piercing, but if you are selling things in pairs then you have to be more clear about what the prices are going to be. I asked about the emeralds and Nina said 145, I replied "wow that's a good price for them" and not once did she think to say the word "each". This is a pretty big misunderstanding because it effectively doubled my whole price. Instead of paying $300 for two piercings, $55 dollars each, and a $145 pair of earrings, I paid $443 for all of it. When she presented the price after everything, I said "Wait I didn't know it was each" and she responded "oh, oops" and then said nothing else. I understand that part of this is on me for not clarifying, and that's why the review is 4 stars instead of lower, but the earrings are presented as a pair, not in a line or just one stud out for comparison. She said the price for only one even though I told her I was getting both lobes pierced. The worst of it is I had already gotten pierced with the jewelry in my ears by the time they presented the price. I know I should've asked for a estimate before going in, but I also think that should be offered, or as least mention "$145 for one". Even my sister, who was with me the whole time and also listening, was also confused that $145 was not the price for a pair and swore up and down that she would not only have been confused, but would have been angry. I like to think that they didn't mean for this to happen, but it was an expensive misunderstanding. Overall, it was still a good piercing and beautiful jewelry, just more expensive than I thought.“

“Came in with three girlfriends to get spontaneous tattoos to complete our trip to Colorado. Everyone was so nice and so excited about the tattoos. Alex did an awesome job! The shop was so nice, such a cool vibe. We called ahead of time as it was a hour before closing, they were able to accommodate all four at once and we were in and out within an hour.
