This company has been wonderful to work with. They gave a window but texted me in advance to let me know they were coming. They were knowledgable, friendly, and communicative. Gavin was very prompt and responsive to an issue I was having with carpenter ants, answered all my questions and completed treatment on the spot. Appreciated that the initial evaluation was free and they didn't give any hard sales pitch or upselling. Price was reasonable. Would recommend working with Pest Arrest!

Wow! Very impressed with Pest Arrest- Denver! I own a property in Lakewood and my current tenants have noticed an abundance of spiders at the property. I called Pest Arrest less than 48 hours ago (and another vendor) for quotes. The other option had a set/flat rate based on the Sq ft of my house while P.A. offered a free estimate. For peace of mind, I scheduled for the next day.I was given a 3 hour arrival window (9:30-12:30). The individual text ETA at 9:15, and was there at 9:33!
