Optical Master, is an 10-10** !! This morning, I had a slight accident I sat on my glasses not even hard! It had nothing to do with the work and frames! I noticed they were a bit off but come to find out I had broken the screw inside the frames which couldn’t be fixed! I gave them a 10 because Neal offered to replace my glasses free of charge! It was out of pocket so it was my fault! To have them replaced with everything I purchased for the set of glasses was truly a blessing!! Neal I thank you and your team! If I hadn’t been coming here since 2003, I would have been insulted by the guy I asked for the price on a pair of Prada glasses last night (12/30). “Guess if you need to ask, you can’t afford them.” Rude! Still waiting on the price though LOL.
Just because the woman he was helping was going nuts buying up all the named brands she could, does not mean everyone wants to do that.
Also, to assume someone can’t afford something because they asked for the price is just simpleminded. Some of us care where we spend our money, so yes, I’m going to ask how much something is if there is no price tag on it lol… makes sense to me.
Dr. Green gave me the best eye exam I ever had. She’s very professional and friendly. The staff at Optical Masters were friendly and helpful. Love my new glasses, and I paid less than what I was expecting. Highly recommend this place
