So my experience with customer service was amazing the ladies took care of me. I always went to the branch here in Denver and the manager was rude and acted like she really didn't care to help me. I was kicked out of the office 2 times one for a meeting and 2nd time because i couldn't just sit in there. This was my 3rd time using one main and that was a disappointment . I was disappointed because this is the 1st time this had happened to me. The branch in Montbello in Denver needs to do some training for professionalism and diversity. Have had my 1st loan with One Main for some time. I recently had to postpone my payment due to lack of income. Jasmine explained all of my options available to me, and answered all my questions and concerns with ease!! Thanks again, Jasmine. Very professional!! Keep up the great work!!!
