As a photographer myself, I tend to be hypercritical of other photographers. Because of this tendency, it is really hard for me to get in front of the camera and trust that the other photographer will live up to my expectations. I have known Nicole for nearly 15 years, and throughout that time she has been the one photographer that I trust to take the most intimate and important photos of me. Nicole documented every stage of my pregnancy with my son, from just days after I found out I was pregnant, to my tiny bump, my gigantic bump, and even a sexy boudoir shoot postpartum celebrating my new, beautiful, mama body. As any pregnant woman will tell you, it can be hard to feel sexy when your body feel so different, and it can be especially hard to feel sexy and beautiful after the baby comes. Nicole made me feel gorgeous at every stage, and her photos told the story of my journey into motherhood through stunning art. Her photos helped me to get outside of my own narrow (often negative) self perception to see the miraculous beauty inherent in the messy, disorienting, exhausting, and overwhelming process of creating life. Not only is Nicole a talented artist, an accomplished business woman, and a wonderful mother, she is also an empath. She gets it, she understands you and your vision, your insecurities; she will make you look and feel beautiful by identifying and transforming your most amazing qualities into art.
Nicole is a delight to work with! She makes you feel super comfortable and has a lot of ideas for models (like me) who have no idea what they're doing! She is open to your thoughts and makes sure to get the exact look you're going for. She even provides ambiance with her playlist to help set the mood! I would highly recommend her!
