They did an excellent job on my nails. I just do the basic and I usually get attitude for not upgrading but there was none of that here. They were so nice and my technician even demanded to fix a nail I had stupidly nicked on my way to the dryers. Also the prices were so much cheaper than most - $45 mani/pedi

The first time I visited this establishment it was a wonderful experience with exception of the Caucasian customers starring during the entire process. The second time was just as nice with the same exception, I get that they are not accustomed to seeing faces like mine in "their" neighborhood. The third time was my friends birthday, we received rushed and poor service. This 4th time I asked for a simple polish change, the service was rushed with my toes done unevenly and once again rushed out the door. I had a wonderful experience today at nails touch 32! I walked in and was immediately accommodated for a mani/pedi. Everyone was so friendly and talented. My foot massage was phenomenal and I am so excited to go back! I am so grateful to have found such a great business.
