Every time I take a pair of shoes or boots here I get them back looking like they are brand new! The cost of repair is worth the investment and ultimately less expensive than buying a new pair of shoes. I highly recommend Modern Shoe Repair!

I has shoes that I thought were destined for the trash and somehow MSR was able to bring them back to life and make them look nearly brand new. Definitely pricey, but 100% worth every penny.

I wouldn't recommend this store. First of all the listed hours are definitely not the hours when the store is open. Also, I had new insoles put into my shoes. The left insole was glued down with one dot of glue, the right one had no glue whatsoever.
